Highly recommend Maddison and her team at High Plains Restoration. Love that the business is a family business because they are all so friendly, responsive and do an amazing job. We had an unfortunate event with a previous contractor who messed up our shower remodel and it created water damage due to grout and caulking falling out in several places which started the growth of mushrooms and mold. Maddison and her crew came in and demoed the whole bottom of the shower. They were fast, completely sealed the room, covered everything to make sure none of the spores got anywhere else in our house which is huge for the health of my family. This bathroom has been such a nightmare for us from the beginning as we have had multiple contracts mess things up, so it was wonderful to have someone I trusted in our home that I knew would do a great job and keep myself and my family safe by eliminating the mushrooms and mold properly. She also referred us to one of the remodeling companies that they often partner with who ended up being a really great recommendation and we used to remodel the shower for the 3rd time. I've had an excellent experience with High Plains Restoration. I've had a difficult time with water intrusion in my basement. I've had numerous contractors in here in addressing all aspects of the problem, and unfortunately not all of them have been good experiences. High Plains has been one positive bright spot. The water has caused mold, and even mushrooms growing on the carpet. High Plains has handled the mold remediation, and they have been great. They have been super responsive, professional, very timely, and very compassionate about how disruptive this issue has been for our family. They return calls promptly, are helpful with scheduling, show up when promised, and communicate well throughout the process. I highly recommend them.

I first met Maddison in April of this year. She was such a pleasure to work with. She got right after it with her team, tearing apart my basement to get to the root of the problem. She was very thorough and explained everything very well. Maddison and her team left an impression with the tear-out work they did and the clean-up. They always cleaned up after themselves and kept me updated. Because of the excellent job they did, I did not hesitate to call them again in August of this year to deal with a smaller issue I had. Again, they took care of the problem quickly. I trust Maddison and her team that I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone and would not hesitate to call her for any other issue I have...although I hope this is the last time I have to call her. :)

I have nothing but great things to say about High Plains Restoration! My water heater decided to die and flood my basement! I reached out and spoke with Madison and they were able to come out quickly and start cleaning up the water. They were thorough and didn't miss any spot. I felt so much better that day going to bed knowing that things were drying out in the basement. I contacted High Plains restoration and they immediately came out same day and started the restoration procedure, drying carpet, sucking up water the whole 9 yards. They assessed the problem and with minimal tear out had things drying and ready for repairs I highly recommend if you have any issue with any kind of thing that has to do with disaster like smoke or water please give these guys a call you will not regret it…

We hired them to help on multiple jobs when my father in Law fell ill. I don't how they do what they do. They are all so kind and thoughtful, not to mention efficient with all they do. They are all so kind with every action they take and every task they complete. There was some really nasty stuff (including bio hazmat) that we were unaware of in my father in laws house and they NEVER made my husband or myself feel small because of it! On top of it, they found several over looked items including a photo album of the building of the house, taking it aside and pointing it out was nothing short of AMAZING!!!
